    How it works

    1. 1. Enter your name

Use a first name, last name, or full name — whichever you'd like to base your username on.

    2. 2. Get hundreds of variations

We combine your name with numbers, suffix words, leet-speak, and separators in dozens of patterns.

    3. 3. Test availability

Copy any username you like, then check whether it's available on your target platform.

    Frequently asked questions

We can't check availability on every platform — every site has different rules and existing users. The variations we generate are designed to be uncommon enough that you have a good shot, but always check directly before committing.
It depends on your goal. Numbers (especially birth years or single digits) make usernames more likely to be available but can look less professional. For business use, prefer the underscore or period variations.
We optimize for usernames under 20 characters, which fits Twitter, Instagram, and most platforms. Longer ones do get generated but may need shortening for some sites.
We include underscores, periods, and 'x' wrapping (xUsernamex style). Most platforms don't allow other special characters, so we stick to what works universally.
